At the end of the year, you'll receive a Form 1099 instead of a W-2 to file your taxes.

Once you complete and pass client certification, you begin servicing and earning a per interval rate of $4 to $8 per 30-minute interval. You can service more than one client company at a time and work as many hours as you like, around your schedule.
Fees and business related expenses may be tax deductible. Consult with a tax professional for tax planning advice.

Each client company offers a certification course that must be passed in order to begin servicing. These are highly specialized, instructor-led online courses that provide information on the client’s systems that you will be using to service, as well as the requirements for the program. Most come with a fee that ranges from $19 -$299. As an Independent Contractor, these fees may be tax deductible. Seek professional tax advice.

How much income can I earn?
How much you can earn depends on you and how much or how little you choose to work. You make your own schedule based on client servicing needs. Decide your monthly income goals, then select a client opportunity and the number of intervals (hours) that align with those goals. You may service more than one client at a time. Client opportunities pay ranges from $4.00 - $7.00 per 30 minute interval.
How long will it be before I start earning income?
You will typically start earning consistent income after you have completed certification and begin servicing your client contract. Certification can take from 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the client. On rare occasions, a client may offer pay for live calls taken during certification.
